Getting things wrong in F&I can cost your dealership millions in penalties and attorney’s fees. WSADA and attorney Brian King from law firm Davies Pearson have reviewed the F&I manual and presentation for 2023, creating the most complete training available for F&I professionals in the state.

The course is designed for individual study, and includes a review session led by Brian followed by a final exam through Zurich University. The test will open immediately following the review session April 13 and will be available until Monday, May 15. Participants who pass with a score of 80% receive a certificate valid for 2 years confirming their successful completion of the WSADA F&I Training.
