First Time Certification $350 per person Recertification $200 per person

Getting things wrong in F&I can cost your dealership millions in penalties and attorney’s fees. WSADA and attorney Rick Lentini from law firm Miller Nash have updated the F&I manual and presentation for 2022, including how to comply with the NADA/NAMAD/AIADA Fair Credit Compliance Policy and Program, the NADA/NAMAD/AIADA Voluntary Protection Products Model Dealership Policy, and the new requirements of the revised FTC Safeguards Rule dealerships will be required to comply with by December 2022, creating the most complete training available for F&I professionals in the state.

The course is designed for individual study, and includes a review session led by Rick followed by a final exam through Zurich University. The test will open immediately following the review session May 5 and will be available until Tuesday, May 31. Participants who pass with a score of 80% receive a certificate valid for 2 years confirming their successful completion of the WSADA F&I Training.

This is a great opportunity to ensure employees are up-to-date on state and federal laws. Make the investment to safeguard your dealership through compliant business practices.
