This form should be used in connection with any vehicles accepted by the dealership for consignment sale, and should be used in conjunction with the WSADA Form #25A “Waiver and Release/Removal of Vehicle”. This form includes all of the information required by law to be contained in the consignment agreement, and requires the owner/consignor to warrant that the title to the vehicle is not branded, that the odometer has not been tampered with, and that the vehicle is merchantable.
* All transactions will include a $4.00 handling fee.
