The law requires any eligible person driving a dealership vehicle to carry a Vehicle Dealer Identification Card. The persons who are eligible to carry this card are a dealer, officer, or member of an L.L.C.; or a spouse of a dealer, officer, or member of an L.L.C.; or an employee of the dealership.
