WSADA collaborated with top attorneys from the Seattle law firm of Miller, Nash Graham & Dunn, who specialize in dealer issues, to create the most complete, up-to-date training available for federal and state laws, rules and regulations.
Who Should Attend and What is Covered?
This training provides critical information for any dealership personnel who work with customers on any aspect relating to the sale of new or used vehicles. The course is geared for F&I professionals and managers, but also applies to salespeople, title clerks, and others who have duties addressed by many of the covered topics. Participants receive a comprehensive manual and study guide designed for SELF-STUDY. An attorney from Miller, Nash, Graham & Dunn will then lead a 2 hour review session before students take a 121 question final exam. Participants who pass the test with an 80% score receive a certificate valid for 2 years confirming their successful completion of the WSADA F&I Training.
