2026 WSADA Family Reunion & Convention – NW Chevy Dealers

The LMA makes it easy for participating members to attend the convention with an exclusive $4,500 stipend per dealership.

Covered expenses include:
📝 Registration fee of $1,050/couple – Fee is paid directly to WSADA. If your registration fee is being paid by another advertising group, the registration fee will be applied to your hotel credit.
🏨 *Hotel credit of $2,650 – Directly applied to reservations.
✈️ Travel support of up to $800 – Airfare and ground transportation are participants’ responsibility. Reimbursement is available post-convention once receipts are submitted to WSADA.

*Remaining hotel charges and incidental expenses beyond this credit are the members’ responsibility.

Additional guests must be registered through the platform.

Ages: 16 and up – $525  |  7 to 15 – $200  |  6 and under – Free

REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

Cancellations two weeks prior to convention forfeit $100 of registration fee. Cancellations within seven days of convention and no-shows forfeit registration fee.
